SIXAXIS driver PS3 controller emulator chrisis! need help!

I have tried several times to connect my ps3 controller to my pc but it never works. I've downloaded everything, WINRAR, SIXAXIS, everything. I've followed all the instructive videos and nothing works. please if someone can help me plz tell me so. I wanna use it for Project 64.
